SCRUMPF started with one dog, one slightly obsessive owner, and a fairly simple question:
why is it so difficult to find genuinely good food for your dog?

When Noodle came along, I wanted to give her the best quality food I could find. Proper ingredients, plenty of good stuff and absolutely no unnecessary junk.
But the more I looked, the more complicated it seemed. Long ingredient lists, fillers, binders and things I couldn’t pronounce, all dressed up in very convincing packaging.

So, rather than accept it, I decided to make something better.
SCRUMPF is all about proper food for dogs, without the nonsense.
We use carefully chosen ingredients, interesting proteins and simple recipes designed with dogs in mind. No unnecessary fillers, no junk for the sake of it, and no pretending that dogs need a science experiment in their bowl.

Noodle, naturally, has appointed herself Chief Taste Officer. She has very high standards, a complete lack of table manners and absolutely no interest in constructive feedback. Fortunately, she’s also very good at her job.
SCRUMPF is for people who read the ingredients, care about what goes in their dog’s bowl and want to feed them food they can feel good about.
Because if we wouldn’t want it in our own kitchen, why would we want it in theirs?
